Today was my first day doing visa counter after 2 weeks of box training.everything went well except that i had to keep looking after the newbie Charmaine.In the end,the whole day i ate nothing.Zzzzzzzzz...cos the managers had to help candy bar.long crowd.
Zzzz.That was okay.during the last session 2 kids came to collect online tickets from mi.i told them that i need their credit card to print the tickets out so they waited for their father who is parking his car.around 5 mins later their father rushed and gave mi the card.He "complained in a mean voice" to mi why i rushed him.But i told him nicely that i didnt rushed his kids because the seats are already been booked.But........he still complained.
He said:"So WAT for rush mi for the card when i already pay the tickets?"(he stared at his kids and mi)
I said:"Sir,i can honestly tell u that i didnt rush for your card and the reason i need your card is because i need to swipe so that i can print the tickets out."
Quite a few people were looking at us LOL.The "smart"patron had nothing to say and walked away -_-.
morale of the story:Always keep calm facing this "type of patrons"
